What affects your estimate

Quoted around your event — not a flat menu.

Guest count, bar complexity, venue logistics, and travel across the metroplex all shape your final estimate.

Guest count & pacing

Cocktail hours and reception bars often need more staff than seated wine service. We plan around your timeline, not a generic ratio.

Drink menu

Beer and wine is straightforward. Signature cocktails, mocktails, and garnish prep require more planning and station support.

Venue logistics

Estate load-in, club rules, power access, ice storage, and outdoor setups all affect staffing and supply planning.

Service window

Extended receptions, after-parties, and multi-location events may need additional hours or a second shift.

Booking process

From quote request to last call.

  1. Share event details. Date, venue, guest count, service style, and what you want served.
  2. We recommend the right tier. Staffing, setup, alcohol coordination, and add-ons matched to your event.
  3. Logistics confirmed in writing. Insurance docs, supplies, timing, delivery, and venue requirements checked ahead.
  4. Team arrives prepared. Bar set before guests arrive, professional service all night, cleanup handled after.
